However, we acknowledge that there may be occasions where our services may not fully meet your expectations. In recognition of this, we offer a robust satisfaction guarantee. If at any point you find yourself dissatisfied with our services, we are prepared to offer up to a 100% money-back guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This policy underscores our confidence in the quality of our work and our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction. 


Refund Schedule

Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring transparency for our clients. The percentage of the refund you are eligible for is based on the time elapsed since the initiation of services or the date of payment, whichever occurred first. Please refer to the schedule below for specific details:

Within 10 Days: If you cancel our services within the first 10 days*, you are entitled to a full refund of 100% of the fees paid.

Within 11 to 20 Days: If you cancel within 11 to 20 days*, you will receive a 70% refund of the fees.

Within 21 to 30 Days: For cancellations made between 21 to 30 days*, we offer a 40% refund of the fees.

Above 30 Days: Unfortunately, if the cancellation occurs after 30 days*, no refund will be available.

*The time elapsed for calculating refunds is determined by the earlier of either the date of payment or the commencement of services.

Terms & Conditions

1. Applicable Services: This refund policy applies to the following services:

   - Bookkeeping Services

   - NRI Taxation Services

   - Payroll Management Services

   - Business Setup Services in India

   - Virtual CFO Services

   - Employee on record Services

   - Risk Advisory and Internal Audit Services


2. Advance Payment: To qualify for a refund, 100% advance payment is compulsory, covering both government fees or out of pocket expenses and professional fees.


3. Deductions: If any amount has been incurred towards government fees or administrative expenses before the cancellation of the assignment, such amount will be deducted from the refundable fees.


4. Cancellation Process:


- Only written communication along with a valid reason (excluding government processing time if applicable) for cancellation of services will be entertained. Refund requests should be directed exclusively to info@groverconsultants.com.


- If no valid reason is provided, 25% extra will be retained as advisory fees over the applicable refund percentage.


5. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to change this refund policy from time to time. Any change would be communicated to you by email.


6. Non-Refundable Services: If any service is non-refundable, the same would be communicated to you in advance.


7. Jurisdiction: All disputes will be subject to the appropriate jurisdictional courts in Amritsar, India.
